Our Mission
The Office of Financial Planning and Analysis’ (FP&A) mission is to provide financial stewardship within four key areas: reporting, analyzing, planning, and forecasting. Our goal is to collaboratively partner with various stakeholders to quantify organizational strategies into short- and long-range financial plans and develop key performance indicators for informed decision making and monitoring.
